The Fluffia experience is all about personalised one-on-one service. Your pet’s well-being is prioritised by our amazing team of specialist groomers and pamper professionals, all passionate about what they do and will never miss the opportunity to give passing pooches a cuddle.

We have steadily built relationships with our clients. Great care is taken when scheduling bookings, considering the temperaments of all the dogs in the parlour at any one time. We consider ailments too, and we know which dog has a sore paw, which dog had a traumatic childhood and which dog is just a bit of a handful and where extra care should be taken.

The Fluffia Story

Owner of The Fluffia and mother of Mila and Lilly, two Yorkie fur babies, Carley Lowe grew up with lots of dogs. She has seen inside many a grooming parlour but never really felt comfortable about leaving her pups with any of them. Over the years, a pattern built up and she found herself asking the question, “There must be a better way to do this?”. From this initial question, The Fluffia Pet Parlour was born.

Carley saw the gap for an owner-run pet parlour in Cape Town that actually does listen to what dogs and their humans want from their parlour, and she filled it. As a fur mom, she knew exactly what she wanted to create. A space where all dogs are welcome. No cages. A stress-free environment for both owner and pup. Love and cuddles mandatory. And Carley is still loving every minute of the journey. Most importantly, the dogs are relaxed and their humans are consistently saying how much happier they are after their Fluffia outing. The Fluffia has become a place which pet owners and their companions are excited to visit and we are just as excited to welcome you all.
